What we collect
- Property address — to measure your lawn and price the work.
- Name, email, and phone — only when you submit a quote, site visit, order, or contact form.
- What you asked for — services selected, square footage, notes you typed.
Our quote tool is provided by Deep Lawn. Information you enter there is processed by Deep Lawn to measure your lawn, prepare pricing, and handle your service request or checkout.
Who else sees it
- Deep Lawn — property addresses, measurements, contact details, selected services, and order information entered into its quote tool.
- Website hosting — site-visit and contact forms are processed and stored through our website infrastructure.
- Meta — our website uses Meta Pixel to send page-view events to Meta and measure advertising performance.
Deep Lawn and its service providers may process information under their own privacy terms. Review the notices shown in the quote tool before submitting information.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and customer records are kept for as long as we're doing business together plus whatever our accountant requires afterward. Ask us to delete your record and we will, except where we're required to keep billing history.
Cookies
Meta Pixel may use cookies to measure website visits and advertising performance. This website's pixel installation sends PageView events; it does not explicitly send contact-form fields or quote details.
The embedded Deep Lawn tool and its providers may use cookies or browser storage to operate the quoting and checkout experience. You can also contact us by phone instead of using the online quote tool.
Children
This is a service for property owners. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Your choices
Send a message or call (636) 544-2154 to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. No form, no runaround.
